Orders and Shipping
Once you have placed a successful verified order for our physical products on our Website then we will ship them out within 24 hours Monday through Friday excluding U.S.A. holidays and weekends. The average shipping time is 2 to 10 business days and depends on your location, weather, and other factors not in our control from the delivery service companies.
For our digital products you will have instant access to download them after you have completed a successful checkout on our Website in your account.
You can create your account by clicking on the My Account menu at the top of our website and enter in your email address and a password you would like to use to login with. You can also create an account on the Checkout page as well.
You would need to login to your account and click on the Addresses tab on the left side of the page. Then you can edit your billing and shipping addresses as needed.
We will email you your orders as you have placed them but you can also access all of of your orders in the My Account section as well. You can also find all of the downloads you have purchased in the downloads section. We also sent tracking numbers to your email address you used when you checked out for any physical orders.
We charge 6.5% sales tax for any physical products. For all digital products we are not required by Florida law to collect sales taxes for those.
Yes we ship world wide for our physical products. Our digital downloadable products are instantly available for you after your successful verified payment on our website in your My Account page regardless.
Returns and Exchanges
For all digital product purchases, Mindset Flow has a zero (0) day no refund policy. If you are unhappy with the product due to an error on our end then we will correct it to the best of our ability to get the correct product you paid for within 48 hours (excluding holidays) if it is a digital product. If it is something that we are not able to fix to get you the same digital product you ordered within the 48 hours then we will refund you promptly within 24 hours back to the same payment method you used on our website. If it is a physical product and you somehow received the wrong item then we will send you the corrected product you paid for within 7 business days plus the time it takes for the U. S. Post Office to ship it to you. If you’re on a subscription plan and choose to cancel, upon cancellation request, you will not be billed any further monthly subscription amounts and will retain access until the end of the month for the current subscription period.
All other physical product purchases that we directly sell from our company, may be cancelled without penalty or obligation within one (1) day from the purchase date, ONLY IF it has NOT been shipped out to you already. If it was shipped out to you with the supplied tracking number then you can mail it back to us at your expense within 15 days. Once we receive it and confirm that it is still in the same brand new unused condition then we will refund the price you paid for it (excluding the shipping expense it cost us to ship it to you) for a refund within 3 business days. If it was a digital product then it would refer back to our zero (0) day no refund policy. Please email support@mindsetflow.com to get your payment cancelled. All returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase.

Yes but ONLY if we have not shipped out your order. If you want to change/cancel your order then contact us right away so we can hopefully stop the shipping of it to you. For all digital products no, there is no changing or canceling accepted.
Yes you can and once you do make a pre-order with us then your order will be shipped out and or released in the same order that we have received your payment in.
